(More customer reviews)As a devotee and owner of Corvettes, I had hoped that Mr. Yager's Corvette Bible would be as thorough and detailed as it's name suggests. It isn't. Not only does Mr. Yager (who is involved with one of the largest aftermarket parts retailers in the Corvette world) give incomplete and rather basic information concerning each model year's Corvette, but it seems as if the book's editor utterly failed to actually EDIT the book - there are numerous factual and typographic errors in the book that detract from what is otherwise a decent layout. If an author is claiming to be publishing a "Bible" on a topic, then it needs to be an accurate, detailed, information-rich book. This book is more appropriately titled "Corvette Cliffnotes for the Newbie." While it is nice information for the untrained Corvette-wannabe, it is sorely lacking in the detail necessary to satisfy the true lover of all things Corvette.
