"Back In A Moment" is a delightful read and a look back at growing up in rural Minnesota before coming to "the Big City." Harley brings history to life as he introduces the myriad of personalities he's met and interviewed over the years.
Harley's personal story is one of great interest, the challenges of living with a physical disability and a larger-than-life personality that has made him a celebrity in his own right.
"Back In A Moment" brings to life the history of radio in Minnesota and one of it's finest broadcasters.
I am privileged to have worked with Harley Flathers during his many years at KROC in Rochester. I'll always remember "the First Call to Lunch" which became a trademark of our time together on the air. As a young announcer and newsman, I couldn't have found a finer mentor than Harly Flathers.
Enjoy, "Back In A Moment" will leave you wanting more.
