The encyclopedia of Isshin Ryu Karate is a clean, thorough, and complete (for the most part of my understanding of this martial art). There are exercises, stretches, and some history in this book also. These are the basics and what are as always, the fundamentals in this martial art of arts which are intertwined. You will see this in the book. The images are of B quality because they are black and white and they are old. This book will not replace your sensei, but will help you get to the point where if you went to a school and knew these kata and exercises, you can be corrected. This is yet another book I recommend to those who want to learn. Anything.
