(More customer reviews)The item arrived quickly and in the condition promised. As for the book itself, I'm about half way through and I cannot believe how poorly edited this book is. I have come across about a dozen typos, several grammar problems, and a few statements that I disagree with outright. There is some good information if you need a basic introduction to management principles, but I have to believe there are many other books that are better.
