(More customer reviews)I have just finished reading "Life With Father"... and I must say that is outstanding! More than just a love story (though it is magical in that regard), it reminds us that the power of love is extraordinary, even when it conflicts with the church doctrine that we hold so dear. The letters that the author's husband wrote in this book express so clearly the conflict that he felt as he tried to justify his emotional love against his spiritual commitments. A "must-read" for all Catholics as well as anyone who is struggling with a relationship and being told how they "should" feel in that relationship. Highly recommended!!!
